What this website collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed.

Who we are
BioRegenEx supplies physician-grade, MSC-derived exosomes to licensed physicians, clinics, and research institutions. This notice covers bioregenex.com. For any question about it, email info@bioregenex.com.
What we collect
Information you type into a form. The contact, physician portal, consultation, and referral forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, clinic or organization, the representative you work with, and whatever you write in the message field. The referral form additionally asks for the name and contact details of the person you are introducing, and requires you to confirm you have their permission before you send it.
Information you type into the chat widget. If you give a name, email address, or phone number in chat so that someone can follow up, that is collected in the same way a form submission is.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard web server information, including IP address, and we use the IP address of a submission to limit how many times the same connection can submit a form in a short window. This is an anti-spam measure; the counter is short-lived and is not used to build a profile of you.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregate usage to us. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Portal access. Entering the portal password sets a signed cookie so you are not asked again on every page. It records that access was granted; it does not contain the password.
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for, and should not be used to send, patient records, diagnoses, treatment details, or any other protected health information. Please do not include patient-identifying information in a form or chat message. If you send it anyway, we will delete it.
We do not take payment on this website, so no card or bank details are collected here.
Why we use it, and who sees it
Form and chat submissions are sent by email to info@bioregenex.com and, where relevant, to the BioRegenEx representative handling your account, so that someone can answer you. We use the information to respond to your inquiry, to supply documentation you asked for, and to service an account. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
A small number of service providers process this information on our behalf and only for these purposes: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of the notification email), Google Analytics (website analytics), and our email provider.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the security and integrity of the site.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and referral emails are kept in our business email for as long as they are useful to the working relationship, and are deleted on request. Anti-spam rate-limit counters last minutes, not days. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — email info@bioregenex.com and we will act on it. If someone referred you and you would rather not be contacted, tell us and we will remove your details. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR; we honor those requests regardless of whether a particular law applies to you.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google’s browser opt-out add-on or block analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, form endpoints are origin-checked and rate-limited, and portal areas are password gated. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use judgment about what you send through a web form.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for licensed professionals. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top and post the revised version here.
